Tier 1

Residences up to 2,499 square ft:

  • 1 Visit per month - $150
  • 2 Visits per month - $200
  • 4 Visits per month - $300

Tier 2

Residences 2500-3,999 square ft:

  • 1 Visit per month - $170
  • 2 Visits per month - $220
  • 4 Visits per month - $340

Tier 3

Residences 4,000 – 6,999 square ft:

  • 1 Visit per month - $190
  • 2 Visits per month - $240
  • 4 Visits per month - $380

Tier 4

Residences 7,000 – 10,999 square ft:

  • 1 Visit per month - $220
  • 2 Visits per month - $270
  • 4 Visits per month - $440

Tier 5

Residences 11,000 – 15,999 square ft:

  • 1 Visit per month - $250
  • 2 Visits per month - $300
  • 4 Visits per month - $500
ADDITIONAL SERVICES

Time + Material for Additional Labor and Supplies

1.5 times the hourly rate: Hours beyond regular business hours

2 times the hourly rate: Sundays and all legal holidays

$120 / hour regular business hours (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM – Monday-Friday)

Rates billed hourly in 15 minute increments as needed:
